How the work happens

We map the current process, its data sources and the intended result. We separate deterministic automation from tasks where a language model is useful. Integrations include error handling, retries and event logs. Important AI actions can require human confirmation. We check the agreed scenarios and hand over operating instructions.

Cost, timing and getting started

To estimate the work, we need an example of the manual process, the tools involved, operation volumes and access requirements. Timing depends on API quality, the number of workflows and platform restrictions. Subscriptions, hosting and model usage may add recurring costs. We consider those costs when choosing the solution and discuss them before development.

Where to start

A project can start with one workflow, be checked against real examples and expand from there. We define acceptance criteria before implementation: the input, the expected output and what should happen when a dependency fails.
